Members rates are applicable to members of the International Association of Dental Traumatology, Australian Society of Endodontology and the New Zealand Society of Endodontics.
Dietary Requirements
Please note in your registration if you have any specific dietary requirements. If you require a Kosher meal, the Congress will make every effort to offer this however if a Kosher meal is not available, a vegetarian meal may be provided instead. Please contact the Congress Office if this is not suitable.

Method of Payment
Full payment of fees is required prior to the Congress. Please note as the Congress is now less than 30 days away, credit card is the only payment method accepted.

Cheque Payment
Please make cheque/bank draft in Australian Dollars payable to “WALDRONSMITH Management Pty – WCDT TTEC ” and mail to the Congress Office.
International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the Congress Office.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fees
Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the WCDT 2016 Congress Office. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted.
The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:
On or before 13 May 2016 | 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST |
On or before 10 June 2016 | 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST |
On or before 12 July 2016 | 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST |
After 13 July 2016 | No refund available |
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after 13 July 2016. However, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
Optional functions or events may be cancelled before or on 12 July 2016 and will be refunded in full via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After 13 July 2016, no refunds will be made however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Accommodation
Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee within 30 days. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Congress Office.
Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Congress Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
Tax
All Congress Registration Fees and Additional Ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
